4) Studies of theoretical questions connected with functioning of international legal regulation. The study of the democratization problems, the humanization, the ecologization, the effectiveness of international law, the fragmentation of international law, the rule of international law.

5) Study of the evolution of integration structures through the prism of modern philosophical concepts. Forecasting of the development of international law under the influence of the changing role of integration structures.
